BESSEMER CITY, N.C. — Christian country group Small Town Sunday is celebrating a major career milestone as its single, “That’s What Grace Is For,” reaches No. 2 on the Singing News Faith Country Chart for September 2026.

The national chart position marks the highest-charting release of the group’s career.

“When we released this song, we prayed it would find the people who needed its message,” the band shared. “God has carried it farther than we ever could, and we don’t take one bit of that for granted.”

Written by Matt Branch, Lindy Bryson and Sam Hart, “That’s What Grace Is For” delivers a message of hope, redemption and the life-changing power of God’s grace. Since its release, the song has connected with listeners across the country through Christian and faith-country radio.
